Hi, my name is John Hendershott. Brother #3 of the fitness queen Jen Hendershott. Growing up, Jen and I were always close. Thanks to amazing parents and the support of our wonderful friends we bring to you a family run business. I will be running the Get Phat Online program and work as a trainer for “Live Phat for Men” for Get Phat Online.
Couple years ago I was a daily smoker and a junk food junkie. Being overweight and unhealthy was all new to me. Growing up I was involved in a lot of sports and spent a lot of time outdoors being physical. I am now 34 years old and realize that living healthy is the better way to live. I am excited to work in this industry and help represent what my sister believes in, Living Phit!
I turned to my sister Jen when I realized I needed a change. She wrote me a diet and I quit smoking cold turkey and started exercising. I have lost 35 pounds and it has changed my life in many ways. Not just appearance, but I sleep better and feel better on a daily basis. I am really excited for the opportunity to help others break their bad habits and get back on track to a healthy lifestyle.
