         Heading all "Competitors in fitness and figure" for this program is Latisha Wilder.  Latisha is ACE certified as a personal trainer, has an Exercise Physiology degree, and is on the Phat Camp staff to Jen Hendershott.  She is a wife, top ranked professional figure competitor, personal trainer, and a woman of wisdom.  Latisha knows lots about dieting, training, cardio, time management, dedication, and balance with a busy lifestyle.  Latisha has a strong faith in God that keeps her centered and balanced.     You can NOW work one on one with 2 Ifbb super stars Latisha Wilder and Jen Hendershott as they assist you in making competing successful   They will design your diet, training, and cardio programs JUST FOR YOU and for what you are trying to achieve!  There is NO cookie cutting or repeats with this "Phat Girlz" program.  We hope you will let us work with you to better your competitive career.
