MORGAN SPOON Hello to all! My name is Morgan Spoon. I am a 20 years old from Graham, North Carolina. I am a current undergrad at the University of Elon. I have been competing in Fitness for about a year now. My most recent competition was the 2009 Arnold Amateur where I placed 3rd. I met Jen in my local gym where I was employed. Ever since, I have been training with her and Lishia Dean everyday which I absolutely love! I actually look forward to training because of these 2 girls. Their style of high energy intense work out’s are amazing! It’s just what I need for competing in fitness, and feeling good overall. If I can do this, so can YOU! I have also been involved in Phat Girlz which I love! These trainers do not cookie cut, they cater to each girl and THEIR needs. They help me to juggle school and work with my diet, training, and cardio. They all are awesome! Phat Camps are also amazing! I love to work them and meet all the wonderful girls that love to be fit and healthy. Working under Jen Hendershott is awesome… she’s not only the coolest boss, but my role model. I admire her so much. I look forward to being a part of the Phat Girl Inc. as the Administrator Assistant!
