IF you are looking to maintain your weight or put on some muscle and ready to take your mind, body and soul to the next level then the "Phat Girlz" program is for you. OFF seasons need to be controlled. Jen and Latisha can help get you started on a new approach today by working one on one under the "Phat Girlz" program. Jen and Latisha will be able to give you 100% of their time, effort, and knowledge to help make you the best at who you are. Your cardio, your training, and your meal plans will be customized for you week to week for a better lifestyle and to help you maintain yourself in the off season from competing. You can have telephone access to Jen and Latisha 5 days a week and for hours a day. There is a 10 step program to completing this successfully. You will have your progress monitored and developed by Jen and Latisha. A portfolio will be built to see your progress. The Customized program is developed around you and only you. All the info you provide will be designed into your personal workouts, personal cardio, and personal meal plans. We will work with what you have to work with. You also have full access to each trainer via phone 7 days a week.
