Calling all Athletes!  If you are a new competitor, a seasoned athlete, or a professional athlete in fitness, figure, or bodybuilding, the Phat Girlz program is for you.  

     Jen and her team can help get you started on a new approach today by working one on one under the "Phat Girlz" program.  Jen, Latisha and Sandy will be able to give you 100% of their time, effort, and knowledge to help make you the best at who you are.  Your cardio, your training, and your meal plans will be customized for you week to week for your competition needs.  You can have telephone access to them seven days a week.  You will have your progress monitored and developed by the trainers.  A portfolio will be built to see your progress and mailed to you.  To learn more about this "The Customized Phat Girlz Program" visit www.GetPhatOnline.com.   We hope you will join our team!

What is a Customized program?  A customized program is developed around you and only you. All the info you provide will be designed into customized workouts, cardio programs, and meal plans that is best suited for your physique.  We will work with what you have to work with.  Cater to your schedule.  Assist in your decision making.  Help you become the best you can be.  You also have full access to each trainer via phone, email, instant message, and text messaging 7 days a week.
Jen Hendershott will be creating and customizing your nutrition plans, Latisha the weight training and Sandy will assist Jen in the cardio for your competition.  Latisha Wilder will also serve as your competition consultant for all questions regarding suits, hair, tanning, posing, or any other "day of show" consulting you may need.   Together we will make a great team.

 

PACKAGES:

Phat Girlz ifs for competition prep and depending on where you are and your level of fitness will determine the number of weeks needed.  We recommend at least 12 weeks. 

If you are NEW to competing and competition dieting or need to lose more fat or need to add some muscle, we encourage you to join the LIVE PHAT program to work on these goals.  Once you are 12 weeks out from the show, you will then be switched into PHAT GIRLZ to prep you to hit the stage. 

In all cases, please consult with the trainers to be sure that the right package is selected for your individual needs.
